Darima Dorzhieva
Darima became part of ForSea Solutions as a Program Assistant in 2022, focusing on streamlining the execution of the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) programs. Her responsibilities encompass administrative and logistical support for companies during CoC audits, ensuring MSC CoC standard compliance, serving as the primary contact for audit operations, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration between clients and auditors to ensure successful audit completions. Her background in sustainability includes roles such as Sustainable Development Manager at a top Russian hydropower company, leading environmental initiatives like "green office" adoption, Lake Baikal environmental monitoring, biodiversity conservation, and the Baikal plastic-free association. Darima holds a Master's in Economics and Management from Irkutsk National Research Technical University and has studied environmental issues at Moscow State University. Her training in industry economics from Northeastern University, China, and international business administration from Chienkuo Technology University, Taiwan, provides her with extensive knowledge in environmental and economic principles. Fluent in English, native in Russian, and proficient in Chinese, Darima's language skills and global perspective make her an integral part of ForSea Solutions' mission for sustainable seafood practices worldwide.
