
Svetlana Boldina
Svetlana joined ForSea Solutions in 2025 as a CoC Program Specialist, bringing over eight years of experience in the international seafood industry, having worked extensively across Asia, Europe, and North America. In her role, she supports seafood companies in preparing for and maintaining Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) certification, including coordinating audit preparation, managing corrective actions, and maintaining certification records. Over the years, Svetlana has built broad, hands-on experience working closely with fishing companies, processors, canneries, and global retailers. Prior to joining ForSea Solutions, she spent nearly nine years at FCF Co., Ltd., where she managed MSC- certified sourcing programs, led end-to-end OEM production projects, and collaborated with major international brands. Her professional responsibilities included supporting a major North American retailer’s transition to MSC FAD Free certification, coordinating long-term supply planning, and ensuring compliance across complex, multi-stakeholder supply chains. She also gained field experience by facilitating fishing license approvals and supporting regulatory inspections in the Falkland Islands. Svetlana holds a Master’s degree in International Business from National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan and is based in Kaohsiung. A native Russian speaker, she is fluent in English and Chinese and specializes in cross-cultural communication and collaboration with clients, auditors, and project partners across multiple regions.
