Igor Bondarenko

Igor joined ForSea Solutions in 2026 bringing over four years of experience in international project management and operations. In his role, he supports the administration and coordination of Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) programs, ensuring smooth communication between clients and auditors and contributing to successful audit completions.

Igor´s professional background spans multiple industries, including logistics, industrial equipment supply, and inspection services, giving him a strong foundation in process coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. He gained valuable international experience during his tenure in the United Kingdom, where he led an operational team and managed complex logistics workflows. Most recently, he served as Overseas Inspection Coordinator, where he managed international inspection operations, oversaw inspector scheduling and compliance with industry standards, and ensured timely project delivery across multiple client engagements.

Igor holds three degrees: an MA in Digital Design from De Montfort University (UK), a Master in Strategic Management from the International Institute of Market (Samara), and a Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering from Samara National Research University. He is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in English.
